Returns Process

We offer a 14-day return policy for all purchased products. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

Return the products in their original condition – Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as supplied.
Provide the original invoice – The invoice must be included with the returned products.

Additional Notes:

Any free items provided with the purchased products must also be returned.
You must take reasonable care of the products before returning them.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items while in your possession.
We reserve the right to reject return, exchange, or refund requests if the items are not returned in their original condition.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product, we offer the following options:

✅ A full refund, including any delivery charges (if applicable)

In all cases, faulty, damaged, or incorrect products must be returned as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations outside the specified timeframe cannot be processed, as the order will have been dispatched. In such cases, you must follow our returns and refund process as mentioned above.
