Returns Process
We offer a 14-day return policy for all purchased products. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:
- Return the products in their original condition – Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as supplied.
- Provide the original invoice – The invoice must be included with the returned products.
Additional Notes:
- Any free items provided with the purchased products must also be returned.
- You must take reasonable care of the products before returning them.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items while in your possession.
- We reserve the right to reject return, exchange, or refund requests if the items are not returned in their original condition.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product, we offer the following options:

✅ A full refund, including any delivery charges (if applicable)
In all cases, faulty, damaged, or incorrect products must be returned as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.

- Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned products.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.

Order Cancellations

- Cancellations outside the specified timeframe cannot be processed, as the order will have been dispatched. In such cases, you must follow our returns and refund process as mentioned above.
