Philips Heartstart FR2+ AED Defibrillator
The Philips Heartstart FR2+ AED is ideal for professional rescuers and emergency response team members in the workplace and public places. The clean and sleek design is optimized for fast and efficient operation and rapid delivery for the all-important lifesaving shock.
The HeartStart FR2+ offers features that make hand-off to ALS professionals seamless for maximum continuity of care for the patient. The FR2+ with ECG display, which allows for visual monitoring of 30 to 300 beats per minute, can be switched to manual mode so medical professionals who arrive at the scene have maximum control to treat patients effectively. To allow for timesaving handoffs to paramedics, the FR2’s defibrillator electrode pads can be transferred directly or via an adapter to Philips ALS defibrillators or other manufacturers’ manual ALS defibrillators while still remaining connected to the patient. The FR2+ can treat patients of any age. When equipped with special infant/child defibrillator pads that reduce the energy of the FR2+’s shock to a more appropriate level, you can safely treat a child or infant in cardiac arrest.
